My friend Natalie that I work with invited me to join her and some family members for a Farewell to Fat challenge sponsored by the Clearfield Aquatic Center. Our team's main goal is to make ourselves more aware of what we're putting in our bodies and try to create healthier habits (and a little weight loss wouldn't hurt our feelings). There is a different nutritional challenge each week, along with a weigh-in. Our challenge this week is to drink over 64 ounces of water a day.... needless to say, I am really getting to know the bathroom here at work! And anyone who knows me knows how hard this is because I only use public/shared restrooms on a NEED TO basis. :)

Like you really need to do this. The last time I saw you, you were looking fabulous as always. Just do not go without some sugar, last time it was rather scary. Hope all is well and you got my S-O-S e-mail about the DQ. Here we go again.....

Meg,if you want to borrow one of my hospital mugs, from when I had the boys you can. The only way remember to drink water is if I have a mug with me at all times. Good luck, ware dark pants just it case you pee alittle, if won't show. A little trick I remembered from Jr. High
Oh please my friend, like you even need to do this! I am so glad that you are taking good care of your body, but you will vanish if you loose any weight! (plus, you'll make the rest of us look bad!) Okay, Marcie's comment is so funny!
